The Intelliquip Quote Manager™ is an easy-to-implement, easy-to-use solution for the day-to-day activities associated with quoting and proposing both simple and complex equipment, and is fully integrated with all Intelliquip product selection and configuration products, offering a fully collaborative environment for managing the quotation and order entry process.

Although there are many CRM software packages on the market, Intelliquip recognized that they typically did not include functionality that met the unique requirements of configure-to-order and engineered-to-order manufacturers. The Intelliquip Quote Manager™ is not intended to replace a CRM system, however, it provides the power, flexibility and collaborative capability to empower both direct and indirect sales channels with the ability to generate accurate and complete quotes with minimum involvement of the technical resources of the OEM.

When used with Intelliquip’s Selector and Configurator solutions, the Intelliquip Quote Manager™ provides an environment that automatically updates quote information as equipment selection and configuration information is updated. Among other attributes, the Quote Manager maintains the customer/prospect lists, the status of quotes and proposals, and the sales person responsible for the quotes. All information is presented in sortable views which can be filtered on any attribute.

The output of the Intelliquip Quote Manager™ is a formal quotation with cover letter, terms and conditions, user selected attachments including detailed equipment lists, general arrangement drawings, equipment performance characteristics and material data sheets.
