Hosting If you choose to purchase perpetual licenses for our software along with our annual maintenance, Intelliquip can provide you hosting services giving you all of the additional benefits noted under SaaS. This service utilizes a reputable third-party hosting environment, Intelliquip managed hardware and software maintenance, and high bandwidth Tier 1 internet access. This service utilizes a common hardware/software platform for multiple clients. Alternatively, an independent (non-shared) hardware/software platform can be deployed for a client.
Intelliquip, through a reputable third party hosting provider, offers the following services for their Production Hosting Service:- Trained support staff available to Intelliquip on a 24 hours/day x 7 days per week basis
- A defined disaster recovery plan for the site
- Maintain completely redundant environmental controls including uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generator backup, HVAC systems, security, fire prevention, fiber connections, etc.
- Detailed service level agreements (SLA’s) including availability, packet loss, latency, and problem resolution. Key commitments include:
- Targeted uptime of overall solution (applications and hardware) of over 99%
- Connection to a Tier 1 Internet Backbone for Internet access. This provides very high bandwidth availability assuring that network bottlenecks are not caused by the hosting environment
- Regularly scheduled maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Replacement of failed hardware components, usually within 2 hours of failure notification
- Daily incremental backup
- Weekly full backup
- Two week offsite backup retention
- Licensing for all software (including Intelliquip and 3rd party licensed software)
- Shared hardware, configured for high performance and reliability (RAID)
- Firewall security
- Internet network access
