Applied Flow Technology-Intelliquip Interface

Intelliquip has partnered with Applied Flow Technology (www.aft.com) to allow Fathom and Mercury (pipe system modeling software) users to automate the process of selecting pumps from pump companies running on Intelliquip’s platform.

Here’s how:  An AFT Fathom or Mercury user develops their pipe system model, which will calculate the required flow and head.  In AFT's pump database, users have the option of reviewing a list of Intelliquip Selector clients, choosing one, and being automatically transferred to the manufacturer’s Intelliquip Selector website with their conditions of service page already pre-populated with the pump requirements (e.g. head, flow, NPSHA, pressure, temperature, etc.).  They can now quickly select a pump and then pull the performance curve data back into Fathom or Mercury.

The contact details for all of Intelliquip's participating clients are listed below.  Contact them for questions regarding use of their Selector or for RFQ's.

Some manufacturers have links to their Selectors pre-loaded into Fathom.  With these companies, AFT users in the pump database only need to click and go.  Others, however, require you to contact them to request logins and add these into AFT manually.  See below to determine which manufacturers require AFT users to request a login.  The login, password, and URL they will provide you can be entered into AFT's Fathom and Mercury software on the "Suggested Pumps" screen, with "Internet" selected as the Source Database.
