Version 6.0 of Intelliquip's Intelligent Front-EndSM Released
BETHLEHEM, PA, USA - July 16, 2007 - Intelliquip, LLC today released Version 6.0 of its Intelligent Front-EndSM software for manufacturers of pumps, compressors, blowers, valves, mixers, filters, agitators, gears, motors, engines, turbines, expanders, couplings and seals. Version 6.0, Intelliquip’s 11th upgrade in the last 7 years, is an extensive release containing major enhancements across all of Intelliquip’s web-enabled front-end sales applications for automated selection, configuration, pricing, data sheet generation, drawing generation, quotation generation, quotation management, order entry, and order management.
This release brings significant value to Intelliquip’s existing clients while expanding the core applications to better support the needs of a broader range of equipment types offered by manufacturers involved in, or related to the fluid handling industry. In Version 6.0 Intelliquip’s clients are enjoying new quote approval workflow tools, enhanced quote management reporting, global price/currency/quotation methods, and tighter integration with their backend ERP and CRM systems.

A brief overview of the select enhancements:
Intelliquip Quote Manager™ : Enhanced workflow with ability to require approval for quotes exceeding specific value and/or margin limits. Enhanced user interface for streamlining navigation, greater flexibility in generating client specific templates, new and enhanced integration methods for CRM and ERP integration.
Intelliquip Selector™ : Motor performance curves and datasheets can now be automatically generated. Optional logic to minimize the number of trimmed stages in multistage pumps is offered.
Intelliquip Configurator™ : Dynamic on-line image generator allowing construction of complex drawings (3D, isometric, or assembly) as a result of option selection. Support for new configuration techniques, such as inner subcategories.
Intelliquip Knowledge Builders™ : Intelliquip’s Knowledge Builders have expanded deployment features allowing our clients to manage and deploy Selector and Configurator knowledgebases as well as cover letter, construction datasheet and GA drawing templates and other supporting files and images.
Other Enhancements : Administration module enhancements in user preferences, user account security, user details, and privileges.
