Firepond and Intelliquip Ink Long Term Agreement Extending Firepond’s Configuration as a Service Platform
Framingham, MA, Bethlehem, PA – December 13, 2007 - Firepond, Inc. (OTCBB: FPND) and Intelliquip, LLC, announce the signing of a new long term licensing agreement extending Firepond’s core configurator technology integrated with Intelliquip’s Intelligent Front-EndSM suite of web-enabled software. This agreement builds upon an existing seven year relationship between the two companies. In addition, the companies have announced that Intelliquip will be augmenting Firepond’s existing professional service team for implementing Firepond’s CPQTM OnDemand solution.
